Strategic HR & Employee Relations Advisor

Lodge Security Group is seeking an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join the People Team in Cirencester. You will partner with managers across operations, delivering practical HR advice and handling employee relations with a focus on compliant, fair outcomes.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage a broad ER caseload, support organisational change, and help integrate recent acquisitions while developing policies and documentation to keep processes efficient and compliant.
