Strategic HR Advisor - People & Policy Partner

Bühler Group in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced HR Advisor to provide clear, practical advice and hands-on support across employee relations, recruitment and L&D. You will coach managers, build strong relationships and translate business needs into compliant HR solutions across Bühler UK's locations.

You will manage onboarding, moves and lifecycle events, support restructures, and contribute to workforce planning and engagement initiatives. CIPD qualification is advantageous.
