Strategic Head of Operations - Cross-Functional Leader

Our client, a UK Financial Services arm of a global organisation, seeks a Head of Operations. This senior role oversees payouts, customer services and back office operations, handling transactions from small-flow to multi-million pound solutions.

The Head of Operations will sit on the operations management team with high visibility to CEOs and CFOs, managing a 50-person cross-functional team and 4 managers, and drive initiatives to improve service levels and productivity.
