Strategic Head of Legal & Compliance (SMF16) - Banking

Huxley, a trading division of SThree Partnership LLP, is partnering with a banking client to appoint an experienced Head of Legal & Compliance (SMF16) to lead the bank's London compliance function. The role demands strategic oversight of regulatory obligations and governance across the business.

You will establish robust policies, controls and risk-based monitoring, maintain FCA and PRA frameworks, and guide senior management on regulatory developments. Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is required.
