Strategic Head of Facilities Management & Compliance

Essential Employment is recruiting for a Head of Facilities Management & Compliance to lead FM and statutory compliance across a diverse North London property portfolio. You will shape strategy, manage contracts and drive service transformation to ensure safety, efficiency and value for money.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of hard and soft FM services, staffing a large multi-disciplinary team, and delivering rigorous monitoring, audits and risk management under a
