Strategic Head of Estates & Facilities - Campus Leadership

Aberystwyth University seeks a capable Head of Estates to strategically manage its estate, facilities and property portfolio. The postholder leads planning, maintenance and renewal, ensuring compliance, value for money and excellent customer service.

The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and guides a multidisciplinary team, supporting the University's academic mission and student experience while promoting sustainability and resilience across a historic site.
