Strategic Growth Director, FMCG & Retail Partnerships

itsu is seeking a Business Development Director to lead three core functions-Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, and Sales-across the UK. You will own P&L, drive strategic growth, and build strong retailer partnerships with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the joint managing director, you will shape the commercial agenda, set pricing strategies, and lead high-impact initiatives across grocery and non-grocery channels while nurturing a winning culture and hands-on leadership.
