Strategic Global Talent Acquisition Analyst

TPG is seeking a smart, proactive Talent Acquisition Analyst to join its Global HR team. This full-desk role owns candidate pipelines and screens while managing the engine of the search-complex logistics, feedback, and moving candidates through to offer.

You will create sourcing strategies, partner with TA leadership, and drive end-to-end searches across a wide range of roles, maintaining a white-glove candidate experience throughout.
