Strategic Fund Accounting Leader

Quest Recruitment is seeking a senior Fund Accounting Manager to lead multiple accounting teams responsible for NAV calculations, fund performance, expense allocation and client reporting. This role includes managing budgets and HR to meet unit goals.

You will oversee NAV determinations across funds and sectors, handle client relationships and escalated issues, and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and timely reporting. Recruiting and staff development are integral to the role.
