Strategic FP&A & Performance Leader

Ocorian, based in London, seeks a Head of Financial Planning & Performance to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the group. You will partner with the CFO/CEO to shape strategy, drive performance and allocate capital across a global portfolio.

The role requires ACA/ACCA and a track record of building high-performing, geographically dispersed FP&A teams in complex environments, including PE-backed settings. A strategic, data-driven leader is essential.
