Strategic FMCG Category Manager - Growth & Negotiation

Bestway Group is seeking a Category Manager to deliver Category Plans that maximise sales and profit for Bestway Retail and our retailers. The role covers ranging, pricing, strategy development, supplier management, and promotional planning, with mentoring of Category Assistants.

You will lead the creation and delivery of category strategies, oversee joint business plans with suppliers, and ensure organisational budgets are met while driving profitable growth across categories.
