Strategic Financial Crime Controls Design Lead

Barclays is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Design Lead for its London office. You will design and enhance controls across Customer Due Diligence, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, and Investigations, applying a risk-based approach to support the end-to-end regulatory framework.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to influence delivery teams across multiple programmes within the IFC portfolio.
