Strategic Financial Controller & Controls Lead

B&M Retail Limited is seeking an ambitious Financial Controller to join the finance leadership team in a pivotal role. Acting as Deputy to the Group Financial Controller, you will safeguard the integrity of the group's financial control environment while shaping the finance function's future direction.

You will lead a small team, engage with senior stakeholders and external auditors, and drive continuous improvement across finance processes and controls.
