Rogo in London is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for Strategic Opportunities and finance-adjacent roles across the UK and Europe. You will build and own a proactive pipeline of ex-front-office finance professionals in London and Europe.

You will partner with our cofounder and leadership on role design, talent profiles, and hiring priorities as we grow our London presence, developing segmentation frameworks tailored to the market.
