Strategic Finance Director: Growth & Performance

Marex Group plc is seeking a Strategy and Finance Director to support the Head of Clearing in running the business sustainably and scalably. You will develop MI, monitor performance, challenge financial reporting, and support the execution of growth strategies including potential acquisitions.

You will work with Clearing COO and senior stakeholders to deliver commercial excellence, drive revenue growth, and ensure integrity in communications and reporting.
