Job Description

Morson Group is recruiting a Finance Business Planning Manager to join the Financial Performance team in a Coventry-based, office-first role. The position supports AMP8/PR29 planning across short to long-term cycles with analysis driving investment decisions, efficiency gains and value creation.

You will coordinate financial and regulatory planning with Operations and Strategy, delivering insightful forecasts and challenging senior stakeholders to optimise plans.
