Strategic Field Operations Dispatch Coordinator

Kelly Group is looking to recruit Dispatch Coordinators to optimise the working day of the Field Engineers and ensure daily customer service delivery aligns with SLAs. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, reporting, and safe, efficient service delivery.

You'll liaise with area managers, clients, and engineers, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement in service performance. Experience in similar roles is advantageous.
