Strategic European HR Director for FMCG Growth

Advocate Group is conducting a confidential search for a European HR Director for a major global household and personal care business. Based in Kent, UK, you will lead a broad generalist HR team across Europe and interact with the US, reporting to the European GM in France.

You will engage factory teams and senior leadership to drive people strategies in a growing operation. You will oversee HR across eight sites, manage payroll and junior staff, and travel regularly to France and Germany.
