Strategic ER & Employment Law Lead

Dishoom is seeking an ER and Employment Law Lead to join our People team. You will lead complex employee relations cases, advise senior leaders, and help build a scalable ER framework responsive to new legislation and AI-enabled workflows.

Reporting to the Head of People, you'll collaborate with People Partners and external advisers to drive consistency, protect the business, and keep the human touch that defines Dishoom.
