Strategic Enterprise Risk Leader - Reporting & Governance

Monzo is seeking an Enterprise Risk professional to design and maintain risk reporting processes across the bank. You will partner with the CRO Office, Group Risk, and teams to deliver clear risk insights and governance.

You will work across first and second lines, develop CAP papers, and support the ERM framework and risk culture initiatives. This role is London/UK distributed with occasional travel to London and offers flexible working.
