Job Description

Cpl Group in Galway, Ireland is seeking a Client Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise client accounts within a B2B SaaS managed services environment. You are the client's principal contact for current service and future direction, bridging between the client and internal delivery, DevOps and product teams.

You will govern service performance against SLAs, lead escalations and develop an account roadmap, while supporting pre sales scoping, effort estimation and SOWs.
