Strategic Employee Relations Partner - Policy & IR Lead

Airbus Belfast Ltd is looking for a Social Policy & Industrial Relations Business Partner to support HR objectives and develop Social policy. This key role includes managing employee relations and ensuring effective policies are in place.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of employment law, HR generalist experience, and excellent communication skills. This position is permanent and located in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
