Strategic Employee Relations Leader

YTL UK Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and develop our Group Employee Relations framework. This senior role provides strategic guidance on complex people matters, organisational change, workforce risk and governance while building manager capability across the Group.

You will work with senior leaders, trade unions and HR colleagues to ensure ER practices support performance, engagement and effective decision-making.
