Strategic Director, People Communications

Kroll seeks a Director of People Communications to serve as the strategic communications lead for its global People agenda. Working with the Chief People Officer and People Leadership Team, you will translate priorities into clear, credible messages for colleagues and leaders.

You will own the People Communications strategy across talent and leadership, performance and reward, culture, employee engagement, organizational change, employee experience and the Employee Value Proposition, delivering
