Strategic Director - Adults and Public Health (Full Time)

We are looking for an ambitious, visible and collaborative leader who can help shape the future of adult social care in one of London's most diverse and dynamic boroughs. This role requires developing a service within a rapidly changing relationship with residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading transformation at a corporate level, driving prevention, integration and long-term sustainability.
• Building confidence with members, colleagues, health partners and communities.
• Guiding the organisation through large scale transformation programmes and influencing complex systems.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated examples of innovation and change aligned with large scale transformation.
• Strong financial management and strategic credibility.
• Leadership experience with a track record of delivering meaningful change.

This role is based in Ealing, London (Greater) and is full time, with a salary of £180k. The position expires 05/07/2026.
