Job Description
Strategic Development & Commercialization Lead

The Strategic Development & Commercialization Lead will lead the execution of a critical 3-year commercialization program for a new cartridge filling product line, bridging Operations, Quality, Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T), and Engineering. The role drives the project from development through process validation, equipment qualification, and commercial readiness, and directly supervises a team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of the 3 year commercialization program for a new cartridge filling product line.
  • Drive the project from development through process validation, equipment qualification, and commercial readiness.
  • Supervise cross functional teams and manage a direct team of employees, carrying out supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary action.
  • Embed regulatory compliance, GMP requirements, data integrity, and regulatory expectations into program execution and decision making.
  • Manage risk, make decisions, and maintain strong stakeholder management and communication.
Qualifications
  • Exploring candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; Master's degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) preferred.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi year programs or large scale projects.
  • Ten or more years of management experience, with the ability to lead cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing products/processes from development to commercialization.
  • Experience working within cross functional, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, including GMP requirements and data integrity.
  • Strong risk management and decision making capabilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
