Strategic Deputy Service Manager - Social Care

Fairways Hotel is seeking an organised and dedicated Deputy Service Manager (DSM) to join their team in Bray. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high-quality person-centred service, supporting the Person In Charge and assisting in the overall management of the day service.

The role requires a QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care, 3+ years experience in the Intellectual Disability sector, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. The salary scale is €40,851 - €57,217, determined by qualifications and experience.
