Strategic Demand Planning Lead - Forecasting & SIOP

Eaton Group is seeking a Demand Manager to lead strategy, processes and tools for the division's forecasting activities. You will represent the demand planning function in cross-functional strategy sessions and drive topline forecasts, risks, and opportunities to support profitability and volume growth.

The role requires shaping the annual and 24-month rolling forecasts, coordinating market intelligence and customer inputs, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
