Strategic Corporate Solicitor - M&A, Reorganizations & Investments

Moore SGD Law LLP in London is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers, group reorganisations and shareholders' agreements. You will work closely with colleagues across the advisory services practice to deliver high quality, joined up advice.

The role requires 3-4 years' post qualified experience, a valid Solicitors Practising Certificate and LPC qualification, with strong drafting and interpersonal skills.
