Job Description

KPMG UK is seeking an experienced Manager to join its Compensation team. You will help shape the UK compensation strategy for around 17,000 colleagues, oversee annual pay and bonus cycles, and drive transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the Compensation Director, you'll partner with senior stakeholders across the business and HR to deliver rewards programs, analyse market data, and ensure competitive, fair pay practices.
