Strategic Commercial Director - Procurement & Cost Control

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a senior Commercial/Procurement leader to set out and implement the regional business strategy for design, procurement and cost control across multiple projects.

The role requires managing a commercial team, overseeing subcontractor orders, budgets and financial reporting to the Managing Director, and ensuring value improvement through strategic procurement and effective stakeholder engagement.
