Strategic Client Director - Performance Marketing Growth

Journey Further is seeking a commercially driven Client Director to lead strategic client relationships across retail, beauty, fitness, and insurance in the UK. You will own portfolio revenue growth, retention, and exceptional client value, reporting to the Senior Director of Client Experience within the CX team.

You will shape client partnerships, guide cross-functional teams, and drive the agency's CX culture while maintaining strong financial discipline and strategic oversight.
