Job Search Place Limited is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to steer Paddle Scotland through its next development phase. The new CEO will work with the Board and staff to implement a new strategy, strengthen culture, and engage with members.
Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, experience in change management, and a passion for sport. The role offers the opportunity to impact paddlesport across Scotland.
