Strategic Change Leader - Transformation & Adoption

Newcastle University is recruiting a Change Manager to lead and embed sustainable change across the university, enabling staff, students, and stakeholders to adopt new systems and ways of working aligned with strategic goals.

As part of the Transformation team you will work with project managers and workstream leads to integrate change management into the delivery plan, applying methodologies such as Prosci and Kotter to ensure readiness and adoption.
