Job Description
- Act as strategic Business Partner to Leadership Team members and sit as part of their extended management teams
- Orchestrate work with and through the wider people team to deliver longer-term goals and change across functions and regions
- Deliver against functional priorities and provide proactive advisory support and coaching across workforce planning, organisation design, change management, talent attraction and onboarding, talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and rewards planning
- Use HR best practice and knowledge of requirements across different jurisdictions to navigate organisational-plan delivery
- Provide strategic support and advice to functional leaders and joined-up support across multiple functions and time zones
- Ensure a great experience for managers and team members
- Ensure consistent application of CDP tools, skills, and knowledge through People Plan projects
- Act as a change-management champion, highlighting opportunities to simplify and improve experience
- Contribute to an effective and engaged team through regular 1:1s, clear objectives, performance and development conversations, respectful communication, knowledge sharing, and living CDP values
- Collaborate with internal functional leaders, their direct reports, and the People Experience team, plus external legal counsel and service providers
Requirements
- Significant experience in HR and as an HRBP across multiple jurisdictions in a matrix environment
- Experience partnering with commercial sales/go-to-market teams or Data/Technology teams
- Strong management skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strategic thinking ability
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple geographies
- Detailed and conceptual thinking skills to analyze sophisticated problems and propose solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be eligible to work legally in the UK
- Must live within a commutable distance of the London office
- Must be comfortable working 2 days per week in the office
- English CV required
