Strategic Business Manager, CPO (6-Month FTC) - Flexible Work

Gofractional is seeking a Business Manager to support the CPO function as a six-month FTC/secondment. The role prioritises coordination of Talent, Learning & Development, Resourcing and Reward leadership teams, and delivery of strategic initiatives within HR Enablement.

You will partner with leaders to plan, prioritise and govern workstreams, producing high-quality materials for senior forums and ensuring actions and risks are tracked and visible.
