Strategic Business Manager - Silvertrees Academy

We are seeking a Strategic Business Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the Trust's business operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants real influence. As the Strategic Business Manager of a standalone trust, you'll have the freedom to shape our business operations and play a key role in guiding the school's next phase of development.

As our Strategic Business Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across finance, operations, HR, health and safety, estates, and wider business services. We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a School Business Manager or similar leadership role
• Possesses strong financial and HR management skills
• Can lead teams effectively and build efficient systems
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Is strategic, organised and committed to high standards

Hours - 35 Hours per week

Salary - Grade G, SCP 32-37, £42,839-£48,226 - Actual Salary (£37,406-£42,987 p.a.)
