Strategic Business Architect & Change Designer

Interphamconsulting is seeking a motivated Business Architect to drive architectural thinking across the organisation. You will work internally and with partners to design and optimise business capabilities and change initiatives aligned with the company strategy.

This hands-on role requires creating artefacts such as business models, capability maps and customer journeys, and translating requirements to IT while ensuring architectural alignment and value creation.
