Strategic Bid Writer - Public Sector Proposals & Compliance

Biffa Waste Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Bid Writer to help win and deliver high-quality public sector contracts. You'll be part of the Municipal Business Development Team, focused on bid quality, compliance, and clear value delivery.

You will own statements, coordinate submissions, maintain compliance matrices, collaborate across Fleet, HR, IT, Procurement, and regional managers, and help improve bid templates and content libraries to strengthen future bids.
