Strategic Bid Manager - Proposals Lead

WSP Ireland is seeking a strategic Senior Proposals Manager to join our Transport and Infrastructure team. You will lead and manage high-value bids, coordinating across disciplines to deliver client-focused proposals from capture through to the full bid lifecycle.

Reporting to the Opportunity Director, you will shape winning strategies, oversee bid planning and governance, and drive effective handover to delivery upon success. You'll coach staff and champion continuous improvement across bids.
