Strategic AWS Connect Customer Success Lead

Amazon is looking for a Senior Customer Success Specialist to advise customers on AWS Connect. In this role, you'll manage key accounts, engage with executives, and drive enterprise adoption of AWS solutions. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience leading technical projects, excellent customer engagement skills, and knowledge of call center technologies.
