Strategic Activities Lead - 9-Month Maternity Cover

The University of Sussex Students' Union is seeking an Activities Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead and support staff in developing and managing student clubs, societies and media groups. You will oversee sports, societies and student media with a duty of care, ensuring democratic operation and robust training across groups.

You will manage a small team, guide large numbers of student volunteers, and drive engagement in line with the Union's strategy while handling budgets and change management.
