Strategic Acquisitions & New Formats Lead

Screwfix is seeking a strategic leader to drive acquisitions and new format strategies across our estates. You will build and govern a strong opportunity pipeline, assess market entry and format innovations, and lead cross-functional teams to execute plans aligned with brand and financial goals.

The role requires senior stakeholder influence, robust commercial evaluation, and a track record of delivering complex site opportunities with pace and rigour.
