Strategic Account Manager - Clinical Trials Platform

Merative is seeking an Account Manager for Zelta by Merative in Ireland to manage a portfolio of high-priority clients post-sale. You will act as the primary liaison, drive retention, growth, and ensure client success through cross-functional collaboration.

You will monitor client health, align strategies with client goals, and lead regular strategic reviews, educating clients on new features and driving platform adoption. Travel up to 10% may be required.
