Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Customer Advocate - Develops and oversees the execution of the strategic account plan to meet Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to promote digital transformation strategies. Coordinates with the full customer team across Microsoft to deliver customer outcomes throughout the lifecycle, building trust.
  • Industry Relevant Trusted Seller - Understands the customer's business and industry to drive new opportunities and growth. Advocates internally for customer needs within assigned accounts.
  • Deliver Sales Excellence - Leads virtual teams across solution areas to achieve revenue and market share growth.
  • Industry Knowledge - Uses deep industry expertise, especially with startups and unicorns, to develop value propositions aligned with customer digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies, leveraging Microsoft's ecosystem.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in strategic business development within startup and unicorn ecosystems, focusing on cloud-native enterprises OR experience in digital transformation or cloud initiatives.
  • Background in industries such as Finance, Healthcare, or Retail, with relevant roles in consulting or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields, with relevant industry experience; Master's degree preferred.
  • Additional qualifications include a strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure, familiarity with funding and innovation ecosystems, account management experience, and a regional startup network.
