Storeman / Stores - Full Time - Burnley

Responsible for:

• Stock Control
• Booking In and Out of goods
• File all stock-related documentation for easy retrieval.
• Accurately locate and relocate goods both physically and within the system.

Stock Receipts

• Inspect delivered goods, record them, and ensure they are placed in the correct storage location.
• Report any discrepancies found during goods receipt.

Communication

• Liaise with other departments regarding stock-related issues as required.

Other Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load, and unload shipping containers.
• Assist with mobilisation of equipment and dangerous goods.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure smooth operations.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:

All employees have a duty to take care of their own health and safety and that of others affected by their actions at work

Work Experience Required:

• Goods in experience Desirable

Temp position up until Christmas but could lead to further work for the right person

Salary: £12.71/hour
