Store Team Leader: Service, Merchandising & Community

The Co-operative Food in Farnborough is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run the store day-to-day on your shift, coaching a small team and delivering great service on the shop floor.

This part-time role (12 hours per week with regular overtime) requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings and weekends. You'll be a visible presence in the community and promote Co-op membership, with a 30% colleague discount and strong benefits.
