Store Team Leader (Part-Time) - Customer Focus

Co-op Digital is recruiting a Customer Team Leader to run a busy Didcot store on a part-time basis. You will lead a small team, cover shifts from 2pm to 10pm, and help deliver essential services to the community. You'll be on the shop floor, manage tills, and support daily operations with a focus on service and efficiency.

You will drive merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes while promoting Co-op membership and community engagement. A flexible, customer-first attitude is essential.
