Store Team Leader: Lead Service, Merch & Community Impact

Co-op is looking for a Customer Team Leader to run a small team in a fast-paced store in Northampton. You'll help deliver essential services to the community, potentially working in the post office, bakery, or supporting online services and home delivery drivers. You'll play a key role in making life easier for customers.

You'll lead shifts, coach staff, cover tills, and help with merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes while championing Co-op membership and community engagement.
