Store Team Leader: Grow Teams, Elevate Customer Experience

OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to support and develop a high-performing store team across our community-focused network. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive customer experience, and work with the management team to meet store targets.

As part of a comprehensive training program at our Difference Maker Academies-lasting up to 4 weeks-you will be paired with an experienced Academy Mentor to develop leadership skills and grow your potential for long-term success with OurCoop.
